Rev. Mike Bass
Pastor
Rev. Mike Bass comes to Pullman UCC from First Congregational United Church of Christ in Fort Worth, Texas where he served as the Pastor of Church Administration for more than three years. He holds a Master of Divinity from Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX. He was ordained into the ministry of Gospel of Jesus Christ in 2021. He has participated and served in a number of faith traditions but found a particular calling to the United Church of Christ with its focus on covenant, hospitality and justice work.
Julie Tarlyn
Administrative Assistant
Julie Tarlyn is our administrative assistant at CCUCC since December 2020 and says she loves working here! She has lived in Pullman full time since fall 1992. She is a WSU graduate along with her husband and as of May 2022, both of her children will be WSU graduates!
Megan Guido
Outreach Coordinator
Megan Guido is the outreach coordinator for Community Congregational United Church of Christ. She has worked most of her career in communications and marketing for non-profits and healthcare. She is committed to the progressive and inclusive message and values of our congregation and the United Church of Christ. She is always looking at ways we can reach more people with our message of radical inclusiveness and progressive Christianity!
Kathy Spencer
Pianist
Kathy Spencer has been the pianist at CCUCC for more than 35 years. She plays beautiful hymns every Sunday and accompanies the choir. Her music nourishes our souls and provides a loving spirit to each service. Additionally, Kathy’s talents include decorating the altar each week.
Emma Trayte
Childcare Provider
Emma grew up in Community Congregational United Church of Christ in Pullman. She’s currently a para-educator for the Pullman School District working with kids with disabilities. She has professional childcare experience, from babies, to preschoolers to high schoolers.
