As a congregational-model church, we govern ourselves through a Council composed of the church officers and the various team leaders who provide for the work of the congregation and care for its members.  Major decisions are voted upon in meetings of the congregation. The Pastor is the preacher, spiritual guide, and the chief administrator.  CCUCC is also a member of the Pacific Northwest Conference of the United Church of Christ headquartered in Seattle.  We support the world-wide ministry of the United Church of Christ with budgeted annual contributions.  We also contribute to the ecumenical One Great Hour of Sharing, which supports immediate disaster relief and long-term development projects.
