Introduction to Meditation Reprise

Curious about meditation? Join Kristine and Chip for an introduction to the practice of meditation. We will explore different styles and techniques for developing and fostering a meditation practice. You are welcome to come to a single session, or to come to a series of sessions.  This class is taught as a recurring cycle of 6-7 themes.  The group is just beginning its second time through, but you are welcome to join at any time.  Each week will explore a different aspect of meditative practice and practice meditation together.
