Come welcome and support global mission workers Liz and Doug Searles.
With pictures, music, video, and personal witness, the Searles share good news of their ministry of accompaniment in Poland, and also share news of the critical needs of Roma (formerly known as “Gypsies”) a stigmatized and persecuted transnational minority of 12 million that have been called “the Samaritans of Europe.”
Rev. Douglas and Dr. Elizabeth Searles have ministered internationally since 1997 in India, China and Central Europe. From their home in Lodz, Poland, they walk with Kosciol Ewangelicko-Reformowany, the Evangelical-Reformed Church of Poland (ERCP), a minority and marginalized church. They support our partner’s initiatives towards evangelism, church growth, ecumenical relations, and outreach.
Doug and Liz are jointly appointed by Global Ministries and PCUSA. This means that they are sent by three denominations: the United Church of Christ, Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and the Presbyterian Church (USA).
